The Paper submission is closed. The papers with final documents have been sent to the publisher. They will do the initial screening and process the papers. The authors will receive author proof from Springer before final publication.                  

 The accepted papers will be published by Springer in Lecture Notes in Civil Engineering Series as a book chapter (Indexed in Scopus).
